Defeat the couch and join our 6 week program at one of our Ouch Potato Gyms in Acomb or Thirsk.

The six week program is a kick start to your fitness journey. Teaching you a new routine, helping my make healthy new habits in our friendly and welcoming studio gym.

Your 30 days starts with us booking you into a semi private PT, we like people to start in a small group because it really allows us to help teach you the exercises correctly and start you off with that extra support.

Once you have completed your 6 week program, we analyse your usage and calculate the most appropriate package for you.
