Defeat the couch and start your fitness journey with our four week introductory trial
Take back control of your body, health and fitness in just four weeks

The four week program will kickstart your fitness journey. We’ll support you in establishing a new routine, helping you to make healthy new habits and get up to speed at whatever level you are working at - there’s no judgement here. All in our friendly and welcoming studio gym.
Your trial month starts with us having a chat, just so we can get to know you, your concerns, any injuries you might have. We’ll ask you about your goals and what you want to achieve. Once we really understand what you are looking for, we will book you on to one of our classes, so you can give it a try. From there, you’ll build up, and with the opportunity to do as many classes as you want in the trial period, you can give everything a go, from boxing to weights, from Move It to yoga.

Once you have completed your 4 week program, we analyse your usage and calculate the most appropriate package for you.
