Our facility gives us the space to properly train for HYROX and hybrid fitness.

We have a 350m running track, allowing members to combine running and functional workout stations seamlessly - just like you would experience on race day.

Our setup gives you the opportunity to train in an environment that closely reflects competition-style workouts.

What is Hyrox?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations, creating the perfect mix of strength, endurance, and conditioning.

A typical HYROX race includes:

  • Farmers carries
  • Wall balls
  • Functional strength exercises

It’s designed to test overall fitness in a realistic, achievable, and measurable way.
